1. Before you place a support ticket below, read the FAQ's! Most of your questions will be answered there if you just read. If you place a ticket and the answer is found there, your ticket will be deleted with no response.
2. If you have not received your login information after sign up, make sure you have waited the required 24 hours. If you have not received your information within 24 hours, include your complete details including name, and payment receipt.
3. If you are requesting commissions, you must have $20 total available to withdraw them. This can be a total of all your accounts. Include your name, preferred payment processor, and appropriate id or email for that payment processor.
4. Place one support ticket only. We will get to you, but it may take time. If you send multiple tickets, they will simply be deleted.
